The Omaha Guild of the Catholic Medical Association is a professional association of Catholic doctors united by faith and interested in the ethical practice of medicine.
All Catholic physicians, dentists, and medical/ dental students are welcome to join.
The goals of the Catholic Medical Association include the following:
- Enabling Catholic physicians to know one another better and to work together with deeper support and understanding.
- Upholding the principles of the Catholic Faith as related to science and medicine.
- Leading the Christian community in communicating Catholic medical ethics to the medical profession, clergy and general public.
- Assisting Catholic hospitals in applying Catholic moral principles to the practice of medicine.
